acids, solvents and detergents, etc.

How can you clean reusable containers?
They can be cleaned with steam, detergents or solvents. An autoclave may be
used for sterilization purposes, providing the temperature in the autoclave does not
exceed 140 degrees Fahrenheit.

-40° to +140° Fahrenheit or -4.44° to +60° Celsius

Can a sidewall be removed from a ROPAK™ container?
Yes, standard fiberglass hinge rods may be replaced with quick release hinge
rods. A quick release hinge rod allows the user to remove and entire sidewall from
the container base allowing greater access inside the container. Quick release hinge
rods are made of stainless steel and have an "L" shaped handle at one end.

Do ROPAK™ containers have solid bottoms or open bottoms?
They have both styles. The containers that have a solid bottom are
the Industry Standard(48x45 L-Series), as well as the 64.5" & 70" extended
length. These containers have holes in the corners and the middle edge for draining
purposes. The container with an open bottom is the 4548 (a slip sheet is available
to create a solid bottom). The 3230 and 4048 are available in both styles.

What are slip sheets?
Slip-sheets are layer or bottom pads placed inside the container to create a
solid bottom. Slip-sheets may be placed loose or attached inside a container. Sonic
welding semi-permanently attaches the slip sheets This process uses ultra sonic waves
to bond slip sheet and the base together. To achieve a permanent attachment, a slip
sheet is attached with fasteners.

What is the difference between static and dynamic?
Static means the containers are not in motion (sitting on floor, in a supported
rack, or stacked).
Dynamic means the containers are in motion (being moved by
a forklift or on a truck).
